HomeOwnership Lending provides loans for affordable housing ownership in co-op buildings. We are a mission-driven, CDFI-certified and licensed lender serving New York City and beyond with a true not-for-profit purpose.
We offer loans to purchasers of income restricted cooperatives and those that are subsidized by federal, state and city agencies. Unlike most lenders, we know how your affordable loans need to be structured to meet your needs and the needs of limited-equity co-ops. Our loans are structured for the individual, and to be as affordable as possible to the demographic served.

The Lending You Home program provides low-cost loans for purchasers in limited-equity housing co-ops, such as HDFCs and approved Mitchell-Lamas.
